Polycom Special Events are designed to provide Polycom customers free curriculum-rich videoconferencing connections in order to demonstrate the power of the technology to support learning.

In order to register for the Polycom Special Events, you must be connected to a verified Polycom videoconference system.

You may also see Polycom APAC Special Events. These events are provided primarily for the Polycom APAC (Asia-Pacific) region. Some are open to any classroom, but please make sure that you convert their time zone to your area.

Registration takes place in CAPspace two times a year:

Sept.-Dec. events - registration will open on Sept. 14, 2015 at 12 noon ET

Jan.-May events - registration will open on Dec. 1, 2015 at 12 noon ET
